Our philosophy with regards returns and exchanges is to be as customer-centric as possible - in other words, if you as a customer feel you have a problem with a garment or product, we will, within generous reason, do our best to address your problem. Most exchanges are related to incorrect sizing, and we encourage you (provided the goods are still in a fully ‘sale-able’ condition) to do sizing exchanges. Please engage with us on returns and faulty products. Naturally this customer-centric approach is open to interpretation, so in times of disagreement, the following will be used as guidelines.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately it may not be possible to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to take the process forward.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or other specially priced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can only normally be performed at the McCullagh & Bothwell store at Hyde Park Shopping Centre.
To return your product, you should present it at either the school shop or the McCullagh & Bothwell store at Hyde Park Shopping Centre.
